Bristyn

Hi,

I've been a long time lurker but first time poster on the boards.  I've got a question though. What spellsets do you keep ready when adventuring solo at 65th, and what do you keep for grouping at 65th.  I understand solo at 65 is pretty much just for farming but just curious.

Thanks,

All depends on your situation, bst are very versitle.  Spells I always have mem'd

1)  Chloroblast

3)  Sha's revenge

8)  Ferocity

Normal group as dps will see me with Frost spear in 2, and either scorp venom or ice shard in 4.  Pet heal is in 6 if I ever actually mem it (Cast maybe twice in the last few months lol).  If I'm in a group or solo slot 7 is usually celerity just for swapping reasons.  Slot 5 is almost universally my buff slot (sv/sd/regrowth/infusion/etc).  In hard adventures I'll run revenge in 3 as always and add advantage in 4.  *shrugs*  Bst are pretty versitle and you should make your spell set around what you find yourself doing.  Someone hunting BoT east a lot (/pity) is probably going to be chucking plague a lot more than some others.  Having SCF might change up your call on dot verse nuke.  Sometimes I run 3 nukes (been awhile though, but with GoD coming out soon days of 3 nukes loaded will greatly increase again).

Also I solo at 65 for exp.  Make an AA in 90 mins or less depending on where I am if I'm actually trying.  Sure you can do better in certain groups, but it's still an option.  Also I "solo" with friends a lot.  This usually consists of some of my older lower level friends wanting to duo and they have a warrior or something.  At this point I'm solo'n with two pets (one of which is doing less damage and not proc'n a stun).  Really though playstyle and situation dictate almost everything and you should be willing to adjust to that.  Sometimes ice nukes work, sometimes poison, sometimes you'll be digging out malaria, sometimes you don't have mana to cast any offensive spells with being main slower/main haster/fero on 4 people.

I have several spell sets saved.

Make Pet 1

Pet
Pet Proc
Pet Haste
Infusion of Spirit
Dex
Str
SoW
Spiritual Strength

Make Pet 2

Regrowth
Talisman of Kragg
Stamina

Buff Group 1

Spiritual Domination
Spirit of Vigor
Regrowth
Infusion of Spirit
Dex
Str
SoW
Stamina

These are just a few sets. I have more for soloing fighting, group fighting w/wo slowers, also have Poison intense, Cold intense (dependant on what mobs I am fighting.

You get the Idea though.  When making a set, try to keep the spells that do not change from one set to the other. It will keep your mem time down. For example, when I use Make Pet 1, and switch to Buff Group 1 only the top 3 spells and the last spell actually get swapped out.
