Is Paragon still Paragon (and still worth being called class defining)?

Overall it is a very good weap and cheaper sub for Hexxt until you snag a UF raid weap or one from the Anniversary raid.

What anniversary raid and what weapon ?

There was an anniversary raid in PoK for the 11th anniversary celebration.  It was pretty simple, kill 11 behemoths and each person got a claimable reward that had 2 amazing augs.  A chest also dropped with 1 weapon + 1 nonvisible item, both were between tower and T6 UF quality.
