House of Thule bugs/issues

We need to make two lists.  

List 1 is strictly a list of bugs/not working abilities and also rank 1 spells which aren't upgrades to their rank 3 SoD or UF counterparts.  (almost) All spells should also have increased efficiency over older versions so look out for those that we missed.

List 2 is specific fine tuning requests of spells/AAs that we didn't get due to time constraints at the end of Beta.


Look for this stuff, specifically List 1 stuff the first few days of launch and post it here.  I'll try to pm the lists to Crystilla within a week of HoT going live.

Stuff so far
Rank 1 of Bestial Bloodrage doesn't work
New SV at rank 1 has less hp than rank 3 of the SoD version
Growl of the Tiger uses messed up targetting, it lands on self but not warder
Rank 1 of new pet haste is worse than rank 3 of the SoD version
Rank 1 of the new pet proc is worse than rank 3 of the SoD version
Bestial Bloodrage and Pet DA share a timer (not necessarily a bug, but someone else had unrelated pet AAs sharing a timer that shouldn't have)

I got one thing on my mind...it's not a bug, possibly not even tuning issue, but...
Neivr's Agression rk2:
Slot Description
3:  Max HP change by (-0.05)
4:  Unknown #416 (100/-162/0) (I think this is an AC mod)
6:  Increase Chance to Hit by 20% with All Skills
7:  Decrease Agro Multiplier by 10%  
11:  Increase All Skills Minimum Damage Modifier by 3%  

When you will most likely be using:
Bestial Vivisection rk2, which recourses on pet:
Warder's Vivisection II
Slot Description
1:  Unknown #418 (100/41/0)
3:  Increase Chance to Hit by 25% with All Skills
5:  Increase All Skills Minimum Damage Modifier by 10%    

It kinda makes it pointless to use the first spell.....and it says in the spell description it adds the warder's accuracy, which is kinda false information imo. Wishful thinking is it actually had an effect that was stackable to give any benefit.

That has been asked for but the game design is locked right now except for bug fixes. We'll have to pester them some more after HoT goes live and wait for patches to do get any non-bug fixes in.

Just got a PM from Hzath and send them off to both Aristo and Elidroth, letting them know they're there.

I heard we're in design lock for the next patch (but whether that started at beginning of day or sometime today I don't know).

To follow up with this I got word that what Hzath sent me HAS been fixed by Elidroth.  Not sure if it made it for next week's Live patch or not but wanted to let you know that the changes Hzath sent me are coming.

Note - there were spell and AA changes sent to me so I'm only responding to the AA ones right now.

I have an issue with Gelid Rending.
The idea that its limited to procing with only hth weapons type dmg. The data i have from parsing the rk 1 form of it shows it only procing once every 2-3 minutes with 1 hth weapon equiped and using foray everytime it pops. I am not sure how often it triggers at rk 3 yet. Unless it fires off of foray once per minute once its maxed out, it just seems like its a way to have the class focus more on using hand to hand weapons and not using the rest of our weapon skills, and the best UF group class weapon pointless

I remember from beta, this AA was bugged on the rk1.
rk2 and rk3 proc alot more, but rk1 didn't proc at all back when I tested this.
I suspect this may be fixed next patch, but still wondering if rk2 and rk3 are working as intended, given rk1 didn't proc at all, maybe all ranks needed a bump up /shrug

I gave this a run tonight also. I only have rank 1 and it procs decently with a hth weapon but when I went 1hb and piercer it stopped proccing.

Definitely a problem.

This kind of follows up on Zunar's post from above. 
If we are running Bestial Vivisection the majority of the time, or until we run out of endurance, does the recourse on the warder overwrite Neivr's Aggression/Protection?

Warder's Vivisection II
Slot Description
1:  Unknown #418 (100/79/0)
3:  Increase Chance to Hit by 58% with All Skills
5:  Increase All Skills Minimum Damage Modifier by 24% 



Neivr's Aggression Rk. II
Slot Description
3:  Max HP change by (-0.05)
4:  Unknown #416 (100/-162/0)
6:  Increase Chance to Hit by 20% with All Skills
7:  Decrease Agro Multiplier by 10% 
11:  Increase All Skills Minimum Damage Modifier by 3% 
 
I assume it overwrites Aggression because of the higher % modifier and you end up with 58% increase chance to hit.


I was wondering if it would overwrite Protection as well?

Neivr's Protection Rk. II
Slot Description
3:  Max HP change by (0.05)
4:  Unknown #416 (100/162/0)
6:  Decrease Chance to Hit by 20% with All Skills
7:  Increase Agro Multiplier by 10% 
11:  Mitigate Melee Damage by 3%, 0 total

Do we end up with 38% chance to hit (58%-20%) or does it take the highest % (like above) and stay at 58%?
