A reasonable approximation is (WeaponDamage + AugDamage + WeaponCorruptionDamage + 0.5*WeaponElementalDamage + 0.5*AugElementalDamage)/WeaponDelay
Best one mainhand, unless ratio is very very close and delay difference is significant.
So, we have (68 + 6 + 1 + 0.5)/20 versus (65 + 6)/19. Best one wins.
We can ignore the 2nd aug, since it will end up in offhand no matter the weapon you put it in. Best aug mainhand.
(We cut the elemental damage in half to account for resists. Devs say it lands about 2/3rds of the time, player parsing makes us think less than half. I use 0.5 as just an easy number. Corruption damage is resisted some as well, but a relatively small amount of the time, so I count it for full).
