Of the 4 linked, Dream Destroyer's Hand and Demon's Horn are the clear ratio winners from the DPS point of view, even before adding augments. They're also the fastest, so +dmg augs will improve them more than the others.
From the tanking/healing point of view, the stun proc of the Possessed Rod has value, at least against blue mobs. If you're not tanking, you're probably stealing aggro more often than you should because of it.
Of course, next expansion is going to change everything, like it always does.
