Update: we have one or two slots for a beastlord, we are farming TBM raids. Experienced players preferred but we will train the right person, gear isn't much of an issue but we like to see good aug choices.

We are willing to invest a little time in helping to train a new raider if it's the right person, we aren't going any where and we are willing to put a little effort into someone who will stick around.
