PM issue

I've noticed that when I've tried to send PM's, they simply go to the outbox, and don't get sent.  Am I doing something wrong?  Or are the PM's disabled currently?  Just curious.  Thanks!

outbox = the 'recipiant' hasn't recieved the PM yet, so you can still edit it..

'sent mail' is stuff the reciever has read, thus cant be edited...
