SoD Spells

I decided to level to 83 and stop there so crocs in LP are still dark blue and now want to get my 82 nuke and 83 pet.  Do I need to work faction to get these spells like in SoF or can I just go and buy them?  I can't find any info on faction for them on Allahs and I have never been to a SoD zone before.
